I just replaced the front and rear disc brake pads, new rear rotors and resurfaced the front rotors on my 2003 Mustang GT. I used Motorcraft replacement parts recomended by the Ford dealer.
My problem is that after the brakes get warm they start to squeal (very loud at times) I didn't have this problem before I changed the pads. I checked the anti rattle springs and used Disc Brake Quiet. (Permatex Brand). I haven't been able to isolate the squealing to the front or rear. I'm thinking about replacing the front rotors also. I was told resurfacing isn't always the best way to go?.
Any suggestions.

The issue can be the rotors, or should I say the finish of the surface, and I use ceramic pads whenever possible, semi-metalics are tough to quite down! Also I use either anti-sieze or silicone grease on the back of the pads, and never have a problem on Fords and Lincolns this way!
