2000 Ford Mustang Tighting the Brake Pedal

I have changed out the rotor and brake pads. The brakes work fine but I still have to push the brake pedal about halfway to the floor for a complete stop. Thank you

Hello From the information given, it appears that you still have air in the system. Air compress, fluid doesn't. Also, if they were working okay before, that is another indication of air in the system. I have attached the troubleshooting chart for you. As you see pedal travel relates to air in the system or it could be the master cylinder. I have also attached how to test the master cylinder.
