How do i change the fuel filter,it has a spring loaded clip.I tried to take it off but was very hard? iI got a special tool to remove it but still no luck!

Do you have the plastic clips...or a complete spring wrapped inside? If it's the spring you gotta get it all the way in with the right size tool. Once you do it comes right apart! Give a little twist! Plastic clips gotta be spread and pulled out. No special tool needed.
