Fuse box layout

Both the cigarette lighter (dash) and the power outlet (console) do not work. Neither has voltage to the receptacle. Can someone send me the layout of the fuse box? It is under the dash and would take a contortionist to remove and examine them all.

There are two fuse panels one under the hood and the other inside the car. Here are all of the images and legends for both.
