I'm looking at buying this car for my 16-year-old son. The car has been well-maintained as far as oil changes, emissions checks. I took it for a 150-pt check to check for major problems. Two things popped up and I'm wondering if I should buy this car:
1. Small Exhaust leak - passenger side manifold
2. Seepage around rear differential - noise from rear differential when driving (I didn't hear anything)

Should I buy this car?

Hi there,

The exhaust leak may just be a manifold gasket no big deal there, and the diff weep, again no big problem, if it is just a seal or gasket, ( no indication from where leak is) again no real problem. If that is all that is wrong with the car, i would buy it myself. May be just get a clarifaction as to where the exhaust leak is, and the oil leak, so you can get a quote to repair first.
