1997 Ford Mustang v6 134,000 – Previously it started to sputter when going up a steep hill and the fuel was wasting more than usual. So I replaced the spark plugs and coil. About a month later it started to sputter again on the highway at speeds of 50-55mph. I checked the transmission fluid and its level seems fine on the dipstick. Do you think if I change the transmission fluid and filter it will make the sputtering stop???
