I was having problems with my cooling fan coming on and i thought that was the problem. I hard wired it and its still overheating. I'm pretty sure i have the thermostat in right? (Spring pointing left). I also did the pulleys and belt at the same time. If the belt's slighty too big would that cause it to overheat? New radiator, thermostat, and coolant sensor.[img:6eca4c7516]http://www.2carpros.com/forum/automotive_pictures/210095_cobra_002_1.jpg[/img:6eca4c7516]

Does it overheat while driving or sitting still or both? Is this engine supercharged? If it overheats all the time, have it chemical tested for a blown head gasket. When t-stat is open (hot) can you see the coolant flowing in the radiator?
