I've replaced the thermostat and the water pump on my car and yet it still runs hot. What else could be causing my problem? I know the water is circulating and my heater works just fine. My fan is engaged and running too. It doesn't matter if I'm driving down the road or sitting still it runs hot.

Thanks

Good chance radiator is coroded and is less effecient. When engine hot shut off feel at bottom is it cooler compared to top ? If so core is cloged.
