There is a annoying and embarrassing howling noise that comes from my back brakes. (Disk brakes) I already had some one turn the rotors and that fixed the problem for a while until i started to use the E-brake. I dont know if the E-brake is 100% of the problem but im sure its part of it since it seemed to make the problem worse. I seems to make the noise mostly when i start moving and when I'm accelerating and making a sharp turn. They are also squealing really loud but last time i checked the pads where still good. Please help cause I don't want to buy new rotors if its something to do with brake pads or something else.

Sounds like the pads are not returning back away from the rotor. Pull them apart and lube the sliding mechanisms and pad contact points..not the pad surface.

This isn't your caliper, but you get the idea, right? May be the quality of the pad as well.
