1995 Ford Mustang fuel pump not come on

1995 Ford Mustang V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i haved a 96 mustang that i took a v6 out of and put a v8 in it and i change the computer box in it i just want to know want all the reason that make the fuelpump come on?
