On my car, the turn signals don't work. The relay seems to be working, the fuses all seem to be okay. At night time I can kind of jiggle the turn signal lever to make them work manually... but it doesn't work all the time. I'm thinking it could be the switch itself maybe something else. If anyone would give me some help or suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. If you have any questions or if I have not been specific enough feel free to contact me. Also keep in mind I barely have any knowledge about car repair. So if you could put your answer in laymens terms I'd appreciate that as well.

It certainly sounds like a bad switch. If jiggling it seems to be affecting it, then I would plan on a switch. You can disassemble and check for a possible bad connection or wiring, but not likely.
