When the car is running, I noticed that my ignitions switch at a certain position is disabling the A/C controls (fan speed, temp) and the turning blinking lights. I have to turn back the ignition switch back just to a point before the car turns off to make them work. I have to fiddle with it several times, do I have to replace the ignition switch or tighten some nuts and bolts.

Replace the switch, that will fix it assuming the other functions are good and nothing's loose or worn out besides the electrical contacts. With this age and mileage it gets into the realm of "deterioration of multiple parts" at times....
