I have a 1990 5.0 And all of a sudden my battery amps are low. I replaced the battery. which didn't help. So I took my alternator and had it tested. It was good. I don't know what is draining my amps

Most likely some circuit is powerd up with key off. Try disconnect batt overnight if this helps . then you need a battery drain test done to find circuit and repair.

What was power test? It died during test? There are fuse links on your car looks like wire. Near starter relay use test light find A Brown link it may have been blown. it is for fuel pump. Then check fuse # 14 for power windows.
