I have a 1964 1/2 ford mustang. I want to do a tune up. Please let me know what to set the points at, degreees timing, firing order and spark plug gap. Thank you for your time.

Thats an oldie...points are .16 , plugs .35 Timing I set with someone in the car, tranny in drive, with pedal held for high idle of about 2000rpm, advance till it pings, then back off a bit. Book was 8-10 BTDC I think! Firing order was stamped on the intake in front of the carb, If memory serves me....
