2002 Ford Mondeo Rear Hub Change - now brake issue?

I recentley changed my rear near side wheel hub incorporating bearing, since then when i depress the brake I get what I can only call a low level electrical clicking sound and an intermittant fart type which can be felt as a hard spot through the pedal......

Any help would be hugely appreciated
