Brakes problem
1998 Ford Mondeo Manual 115000 miles
My car has been stood in my drive for over a month as tax ran out. the handbrake has been activated. Now my car wont pull away as the brakes must have seized with having the hand brake on. How can i release the back brakes. I also have alot of damp coming in through back windscreen i think and the tyre well in boot is filling with water. I cant see where this water is coming from. I have laid powder around certain areas of boot to see if i can point out a leak but nothing.
