1973 Ford LTD gas petal kills radio

Had a strero installed worked fine for about 1 day,
Now when you press the gas petal the radio dies.

the radio will run fine with the car off running on the battery ??

it could be running off the battery which would mean you aren't charging. I'd bet by the time you get his answer you already had it fixed though....
