I noticed the brake flex line looks bad

Can I take my rotors off and have them turned myself and took my rotors off to have turned and ended up having to replace them now I noticed the brake flex line looks bad Thank you for your time it is greatly appreciated !!!! Nacsarbud5

Here is the information you requested for brake line flex hose replacement. After replacing the line you will have to bleed the system to remove the air from opening the system. Here are 2 tutorials showing how to change the brake pads and how to bleed the brake system:
