2006 Ford Freestyle 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

when changing front wheel bearings should I change both sides? I ask this because I have changed the right side twice and it's makeing noise again.

no its not necessary, seems like something else is at fault causing the bearings to fail prematurely. check for play in the ball joint for that specific side
