Ignition won't turn

For the past week I have had problems with my ignition turning easily till today and now it is completely stuck and will not turn at all. I tried applying some DW-40, jiggling the wheel, applying the brakes, and everything else I could think of, and the keys are still pretty new. What would cause it to lock like that and what can I do??

If you cant get the ignition to turn,it could get a little messy.The tumbler needs to turn to be able to depress the locking pin that holds the tumbler in.So you might need to have someone with a little experience do this so that more parts dont get ruined
