Ford Focus knocks

2001 Foed Focus, 127000, 2.0 Liter

My engine light stay on constant. The car knocks at low idle. When you increase the rpm it stops. At highway speeds of 45 or greater, the engine roars when the acceleration is decreasing.

If the oil light is on have the pressure checked...if check engine light is on have the codes read, autozone will do it free.
