2005 Ford Focus alignment

Hi, I just bought some lowering springs for my Focus and some new rims, took the for alignment and nobody wanted to align it. Finally found somebody to help me and 4 months later I find myself buying new tires, I don't drive that much and the tires got all mess from the inside only (only the rear tires). Is it posible to align the car even if its low? or do I have to buy something else to make it work? some people told me to buy a sport sway bar but don't want to spend any unnecessary money. Thanks for your help.

Anytime you lower a vehicle below the original position it is going to cause more wear and tear on the suspension and other components. If you just buy drop springs then the wheels are going to camber in, causing your poor tread wear. To do a drop correctly you have to buy more than just the springs, you basically need the entire aftermarket suspension there (control arm, spindles etc..). Drop springs are really designed for show vehicles, you shouldn't use it as a daily driver with it lowered unless you just have money to keep putting into it because it WILL destroy parts very prematurely.
