2002 Ford Focus I see boilling water in deposit

There is something curious due temp alert looks normal right at the middle and this boilling occurs sometimes not all times when I stop the engine I can hear at the reservoir boilling water and lot of bubles in and out the plastic reservoir. When I say water I mean coolant / water mixed. Tks.
