Electrical problem
2002 Ford Focus 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The instrument lights don't come on. You know, the little thumb wheel that brightens or dims the lights when driving at night. Checked the fuse (not sure if I checked the correct one) but they all looked good. Don't know where the light is located or which is the correct fuse to check.
