Hello,

Here is how to use a torque wrench.

Tighten the cylinder head bolts in three stages in the sequence indicated.
Stage 1: 20 Nm
Stage 2: 40 Nm
Stage 3: 90 degrees.

Camshaft bolts

Stage 1: 10 Nm
Stage 2: 19 Nm

Do i replace my head bolts with new ones when i change the head gasket?And when i torque the bolts down do i tighten them all to spec or do i do them one at a time like do one at 37lbs and loosen 1/2 trun then 37 90degree past that pls help. Thanks

If there is more than one sequence, then you start in the middle and work toward the ends while alternating sides, then begin the second sequence and proceed in the same order.
Yes, the bolts are "one time use" and have to be replaced because they are designed to stretch.
