2000 Ford Focus "Manual" Side Mirror installation

Hi, I am installing the "manual" side mirror for my ford focus and I am not sure if I need to disassemble the manual stick to pass it through the door (because it seems that it is a bit big).

Hello –

I don’t have any pic or R&R procedures for this. However, on all of the ones I have see the manual stick usually is in a small assembly. It is disconnected by a small allen set screw or even two that press against the mirror.

On some the stick unscrews from the mirror………..

Does that help at all?
