Engine Performance problem

i have a 2000 ford focus which recently ran out of gas on me..when we put gas in it it would not start back..we've got a fuel pump rebuild kit, air filter, fuel filter, like 3 different sensors, fuel injectors, and a coil pack..and still it wont run..it'll start and when you try to drive it once the engine temp comes up it dies..plus it doesnt idle right..what could be my problem
