water damages/repairs on 88 Festiva into lake

Had my 88 Festiva driven into a lake this am for 3 hrs. was totally submerged. What steps in order to return this to driveability?

I would drain and fill all fluids. Remove the spark plugs and crank engine to remove water from the cylinders to prevent hydrolocking. Dry out distributor. Dry out the interior before it start molding.
