My 2 rear brake lights/reverse lights aren't working. The centre one, located on the hatch door, is still working.

Is this a fuse problem or a wiring issue? Can I fix it myself easily and how?

I was wondering if you could tell me where I find the reverse light switch on a 1999 ford festiva as my rear light doesn't work when I touch the breaks and I have changed the bulbs in the lights. Thanks,
L
