1991 Ford Festiva Horn will not sound

Electrical problem

Since the brakelights work, the fuse for them and the horn is presumably OK.

I guess there's a loose wire or connection but I can't see where the horn itself is nor which wires go to it.

I'd welcome your suggestions.
