1997 Ford Fairmont 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual 150k miles

I have low oil pressure after it warms up at idle, above idle its fine.
New oil pump. Is it possible to change out the rod and main bearings without removing the engine. Can I remove and replace the mains in the truck without removing the crank. Will the "roll" out

TO answer your question yes it could be and oil pump and yes you can roll out the bearings if you are very carefull and remember to use lots of assembly lube. But with what you discribed is more common to be caused from cam bearing too. Hope this helps Thanks.
