i have a 99e350 15 passenger van with 146000 miles 5.4l v8 but my question is how tricky is it to rebuild the calippers on the rear and should i put new pistons in it if i buy a repair kit,would the kit possibly have instructions? thanks

Hey bigo,
I would have to recommend caliper replacement vice rebuild. Back in the day, caliper rebuilding was common place, but now most caliper tolerances are much closer! Are you actually having an issue with the rear calipers?? Let us know!

I figured a replacement was the way to go,yes the piston is real sticky like in a bind maybe,the hose could cause this to i beleive? im figureing on buying a riders side rear an some new pads i guessthanks
