Truck is a crew cab with 8' bed. I have replaced all four shocks w/top-end Monroe's and all four tires w/ Firestone's. After hitting a bump or dip on any road, my truck will continue "bounce like a rubber ball". This will happen going over a small speed bump. Both front and rear axels have the same problem. It has been to two different Ford dealers and they say "there is nothing wrong & it rides as it should". I also have a '95 F150 & a 2000 Ram 1500, both having over 150k miles and ride GREAT. Other than shocks, what else could it be?

Are those shocks valved for a soft ride? Try something stiffer like a Bilstein or KYB, they will give you what you are looking for. Are the tires LT's or "P"'s makes a difference in the sidewall stiffness. First 1 or 2 of the size will tell that, ie- P265/75/16 or LT265/75/16
