my trucks instrument cluster went out,the truck won't start,but tries,it clicks,but you can jump start it. The pto is also out. I repair the wire of the od which had a rub through ,checked all the fuses and still no start. I really need help

If it tries but just clicks I would suggest that you get the batteries tested, the clusters on these trucks need power to run, but if you can jump start it, does the cluster come back when running. if it doesn't needs an alternator also.
