The check engine light should be on. Have it scanned and post the stored code numbers.

Thats the problem. Its not showing any codes. I've scanned numerous times with a good Snap-On scanner and no codes. The check engine light does light when you turn the key so the light does work.

It's pretty hard for me to have any idea what is going on with some specific facts.

Something that verifies exactly what the situation is like specific cylinder misfire, lean, rich specific components setting codes, whatever. I can't see or hear it through my keyboard so I have nothing to base anything on beside your vague description.

Even misfires are tracked by the PCM and would set a code so that's not likely the issue either. We can't conclude anything without data on what the engine is or isn't doing.

So if a vehicle does'nt show a code, it cant be fixed? Just looking for idea's on where to start. Is there a way to check the coils resistance to see if 1 is bad ? Same for the TPS. How about fuel pressure?

I'm not there. Where do we even start. We don't know if you have ignition misfire, lean condition, rich condition, timing issue. We don't even have a starting point. I can answer technical question but without trained eyes and ears on site, I have nothing.
