Engine Performance problem
2001 Ford F350 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 142000 miles

I HAVE THIS FORD ABOVE WITH A V10 MOTOR. WHEN THE VEHICLE GETS WARM AND I STOP AT A LIGHT WITH THE VEHICLE IN DRIVE, I GET WHAT I WOULD CALL A "SHUTTER" FEELING, AS IF THE VEHICLE WANTS TO STALL. MOVE IT OUT OF DRIVE TO NEUTRAL AND IT STOPS. WHAT COULD THIS BE?

This could be many things. So let,s try and narrow it down.
This could be a tune up . it could be a vacum leak.
This could be an idle air control valve.
It could be a vacum leak at the intake manafold.
I would get it scanned for obd codes. the mechanic can go back in history codes and get a pretty good idea what is causing this.



but either way all these things need to be eliminated
scanning the truck can eliminate most of these probs.
