My truck is a 1999 Mazda B2500 same as a 1999 Ford Ranger. It is a 4 cylinder and has about 170000 miles on it. My whole problem started a few weeks back when i had to replace the alternator which i don't think was a part of this whole problem just coincidence. Soon after that i had to replace the ignition coils, egr valve and have replaced spark plug wires. My truck though has been running rough still since i have replaced these things. When ever driving at pretty much any speed it is every jerky and seems like it is missing but the check engine light has stayed off. I was told that it would be triggered if it is missing. Also when sitting a stop light or slowing down with the clutch pushed in many times the battery gage drops and lose a little bit of power but to remedy that i just hit the gas and it is fine. I am at my wits end at what could be wrong. Any advice would be helpful.
