Does it blow air out of the correct vents?trying to rule out a vacuum supply problem.Could be a blend door actuator that is sticky or broken and flapping. Located in the HVAC plenum box under dash

Located in the HVAC plenum box under dash[/quote:e6ff050b26] it does blow air through the proper vents the only problem is like i said ,when using a.c. and i switch to heater it will blow cold air. after awhile messing with the controls that when it will work.
also with the heater, when i switch back to a.c.it
will blow hot air,and after messing again with the controls for a while i get the a.c. to work properly.

Watch th eblend door operation when you go from hot to cold, should be able to see th actuator turning when the temp is changed. Just for laughs, see if it works properly with the fan speed on low and then try it on high and get back to me
