2004 Ford F250 smell colant white smoke

i noticed my temp gauge was high when i got home i noticed white smoke coming out of the tailpipe before that i could smell coolant real bad in the cab some body said it could be the internal exhaust cooler under the manifold please help

Hi there,

I would have a head check done to see if there is any exhaust in the coolant, this would indicate a head gasket problem, start here.
