Where on a 2004 Ford F-250 diesel is the oil filter located?

Check on top of the engine. there should be two caps with the larger of the two being the oil filter while the smaller one is the secondary fuel filter. Remove the cap and the oil filter is inside. Please check #3 in the diagrams below.
