I have a 2003 Ford Taurus with about 2500 miles. When I turn on the windshield wipers the left wiper works perfect but the right wiper will either stop part way up on the windshield or not move at all. Have checked to see if anything is blocking it and there seems to be nothing wrong. I just bought the car so I do not know how long this has been a problem.
