Hi i was wondering if a E4OD 4speed automatic W/ overdrive transmission out of a 92' full size bronco 5.0L will fit in place of a ZF S5-47 5 speed w/overdrive manual tranny thats in my 97' f-250 7.3L turbo diesel. i'm not to sure if the bolt patterns are the same.

No it will not and besides you want it come from another diesel truck as the torque converters are all different for the torque of the engine and so are the internals.
