Engine Mechanical problem
1986 Ford F250 V8 Four Wheel Drive Manual
Both heads are cracked, but the machine shop says they dont THINK its leaking from the cracks between the ports. the shop says the gasket (head and manifold looked good).what to do?
Should i buy new heads and cross my fingers or get a rebuilt motor, then if its not a cracked block im out all that money. can the test to see if its a cracked block or would we have to put it all back togethor and see if it gets water in it still.(and then im out that money and still have to get a motor) I recently got layed off and need to save as much money as possible, I inherited the truck frm my father who passed last yr. advice please....
