put new alternator on and voltage regulator and truck still wont charge had alternator tested and battery could something be wrong still with the voltage regulator or is there a wire broke somewhere

Check the battery cables and the fusible links, these are the three wires that attach at the starter solenoid, follow the positive cable from the battery, takes you right to it. Any repairs, remove the negative cable first, and put back on last.
