1973 Ford F250 V8 Four Wheel Drive Manual

my truck is overloding with fuel and then cuting out when i git on the throtle depending on which way turn my distributer cap if i set the timing with a timing gun will it fix my proble

check the ignition timing. only thing is vehicle has to be warm, running at proper idle speed in order for you to set the timing properly.

does it run good when cold? or bad all the time?
