starter relay fuse burns out when ignition is engaged

2000 Ford F150 pickup 4wd 125,000 miles is blowing 15 amp breaker when key is turned, wont even engage starter.

Check the ignition wire to the solinoid I think its LTBLUE/RedST Hot is grounding someplace!

groung wire to starter had wiggled loose and was grounding on frame.
