I've had a similar problem as many people with the misfiring of a cylinder, when i pull the code, PO354, coil D malfunction, how does this correlate to the cylinder number?? I have yet to find anything, on the internet anyways, showing me COP wiring diagram.

Apparently the code reader i have does in fact just list cyclinders 1-8 as A-H, so D, cylinder 4, had a bad coild pack and fouled plug. replaced and works fine now.
