My '99 f150 w/84k miles has no fuel pressure and no codes.
When the key is turned on I can hear the fuel pump spin up for a couple seconds.
If I remove the fuel pump relay and insert a fused jumper between position 30 and 87 the pump runs continuously with no fuel pressure reading.
Reinserting the relay and spraying some starter fluid in the air intake results in the engine starting, burning the starter fluid, then stalling out.
It sounds like fuel pump all right but it's strange that there is no pressure reading at all and that the failure occurred while parked in the driveway with no prior problems.
The temperature here has been from 0F to 32F since the problem arose.
