Oil still milky in the rocket cover after replacing it with a reconditioned cylinder head?

My oil is still milky in the rocket cover after replacing it with a reco cylinder head & new gaskets.Also after letting run for about 2min moisture is seen under the oil cap.The head has been cracked down with the right torge & new headbolts. Thankyou.

What is a rocket cover? :D Did you flush out the block before you replaced the head? Sounds like you have a blown head gasket or the reconditioned head you got is not good.

Sounds like one of the following may be your problem...
1. The Recon head has a leak.
2. The gasket was damaged on install.
3. While you specify that the torque is correct, and the bolts are new, did you oil the bolts for the install, and use the correct method and pattern?
4. Your head could be fine, and your breech may reside in the block. The heads can be tested independantly by a machine shop when you pull them off...
You have the option, if you wish, to pull the pan and pressure up the cooling system, and then inspect from underside to identify which cylinder houses the failure...
