I bought a 2003 Ford f150 truck and it makes a whining noise that comes from the engine compartment that increases as I accelerate. I have been told it is the water pump, the idler tensioner pulley , but I think it is the fan being that I discovered there are several blades broken. Could the fan be the problem? The truck iss cooling fine and is not running hot.
